Who we are

Easy Menu is a platform for QR digital menus, table ordering and restaurant management, based in Tirana, Albania. This website (easy-menu.info) presents the product and includes guides and small games. The application where businesses create an account and their menus is at my.easy-menu.info and has its own terms for business accounts.

What information we process

You can browse this website without an account and without giving any personal data. The following data is processed:

• Standard technical data logged by the hosting server: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use it for security and to keep the site running.
• Preferences stored only in your browser (local storage): language, game sound, settings and best scores in the games. These are not sent to us and you can delete them from your browser settings.
• Messages you send us voluntarily, for example on Instagram. We use them only to reply to you.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files that websites store on your device. Our site does not ask you for an account and does not use cookies to identify you. Third parties that appear on the site, especially advertising, may use cookies, as explained below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; most of the site works without them.

The site is served over a secure connection (HTTPS). Technical server data is kept only as long as needed for security and operation. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of any personal data we may hold about you, and to object to its processing. For any request, message us on Instagram (@my.easymenu) and we will reply as soon as we can.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page; changes take effect as soon as they are published.
